We understand that many people aren’t comfortable in front of the camera—trust us, we get it! That’s why we focus on natural, candid shots; for much of the day, you won’t even notice we’re there. Hi, we’re Luke and Carl from Lionize Weddings. We’ve been friends for 15 years and have been in business together for 10. Over that time, we’ve developed a genuine passion for weddings and gained extensive experience in wedding photography and film, working across various venues and services.

Things to consider
A wedding is a one-time event, and every moment is irreplaceable. It’s the ultimate documentary experience, and your photographer has just one chance to capture it all. We understand that not everyone enjoys being in front of the camera—many of us feel the same way. That’s why we won’t ask you to pose for pictures all day; we believe photos should be natural, joyful, and relaxed.
We know it’s your special day, and we don’t want to take you away from your celebration or your guests. The highest compliment we can receive from our clients is when they say, “You were practically invisible; we didn’t even notice you were there capturing those beautiful moments.” When it comes to photography, less presence truly means more.
